LO 5.4 Identify the elements in the work authorization phase of scope development.
This stage in scope management naturally follows the two previous steps. Once the scope definition, planning documents, management plans, and other contractual documents have been prepared and approved, the work authorization step gives the formal go-ahead to commence with the project.
