ONE OF THE MOST EXCITING DAYS for any project is the day it is closed. Closing a project is evidence that the project scope has been completed and all of the requirements of the project have been met. When the project manager, the business owner, and the project customer are in agreement concerning the completion of the project scope, then the final project management activities happen and the project is closed.
