REALIZING ALL THEBENEFITS

The primary benefit of the Project Management for Profit system lies in the magic word we mentioned in the previous chapter: accountability. The weekly huddle creates high levels of accountability for every person who touches the project. The project manager, of course, is most in the spotlight, for better or worse. But everyone on the team feels the same pressures. This stress-balancing, as it might be called, fosters a number of positive behaviors. Hallway conversations begin to focus on what the boards will show on the coming Monday.
