Prostitution may be infamous as the oldest profession in the world but I would argue it is project management. If we use the definition of project management from the Project Management Institute as, “the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements” (www.pmi.org) and the definition of a project as, “a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result” (www.pmi.org), evidence can be found in the Book of Genesis, King James version of the Bible that God used basic project management principles to create the heavens and the earth.
