Management Maturity Models

“Project management maturity” refers to the extent to which an organization incorporates recognized best practices of project management. “Project management maturity models” are used to assess how well the organization has developed existing processes to align with best practices—e.g., the extent to which the organization follows the steps of a traditional project management methodology.
