This chapter opens the Executing process of the project life cycle. Executing is where the work of the project gets done. We've talked about the work, planned for the work, and described what the work will look like, and now it's time to do the work.
You can't complete a project without people, so we'll spend considerable time in this chapter talking about project team development, negotiating and problem solving, and your roles and responsibilities as the project manager, including motivation techniques.
