It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract
The roles of the various direct stakeholders is discussed briefly. A list of individuals fulfilling these roles is given. These vary from the project sponsor to the project support office, which is in effect the secretariat of a large project. The responsibility of a project board is also discussed.
