Organization Roles
Abstract
The roles of the various direct stakeholders are discussed briefly and a list of individuals fulfilling these roles is given in this chapter. These vary from the project sponsor to the project support office, which is in effect the secretariat of a large project. The responsibility of a project board is also discussed.
