Like its shorter counterparts, this two-day workshop may call for modifications to meet your organization’s specific training needs. Perhaps you will want to add modules similar to the ones outlined in chapter 10. If so, consider omitting some of the topics presented; or use chapters 7 and 8 to get ideas for condensing some of the activities provided here. As always, you will find it helpful to meet with participants after the first few workshops for a mini–focus group to evaluate the content and determine what might be added or changed in “version 2” of your two-day offering.
