Change sponsor selection
What is it?
CHANGE SPONSOR SELECTION IS THE PROCESS of identifying the change sponsor (not necessarily the same as the project sponsor) and agreeing the roles and responsibilities of the change sponsor during and after the project. The change sponsor will be a ‘go-to’ executive for the change manager, and will provide day-to-day assistance, guidance and escalation in completing the change strategy.
