What is it?
STAKEHOLDERS ARE INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS whose commitment is required for successful implementation of a change. Individual stakeholders can include sponsors and other senior leaders, opinion leaders, middle management, employees, customers, suppliers, partners, etc. Stakeholder groups can include leadership teams, departments, functions, the project’s steering committee, etc.
