So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What is it?
THE FUTURE ORGANISATION LOOK AND FEEL describes how activities, behaviours and interactions will be carried out once the change is in place. It is a microcosm of organisational culture, and paints a picture that everyone can carry around in their head of ‘how things are done around here’, at a very real level. It is the behavioural ‘to-be’, and differs from organisational design principles in that those emphasise what you do - culture is how you do it.
