UP TO NOW, WE HAVE EXPLORED many aspects of change -recognising the type of change, what can be anticipated and planned for, the scheduling and managing of activities and mitigating identifiable risks. In this chapter we explore the emotional engagement and responses from the people in the organisation that you will need to deal with, and the more personal aspects of being a change manager.
