E-Learning Project Development Cycle

The e-learning project development cycle lets you define your e-learning product initially, identify its key features, and break the project into a series of time-boxed delivery points for introducing those features. Each delivery point prior to final delivery reexamines the remaining features and allows for new priorities and substitution of new features.
