Mastering the mechanics of project management is relatively straightforward. Too often, however, project managers ignore the “gotcha’s” that plague virtually every project, those things that shouldn’t go wrong but sometimes do in real-world projects. Risk management and change management are the two primary tools for anticipating and responding to threats to your e-learning project.
