E-Learning Project Milestones
Milestones are like points in geometry. Milestones are activities that have no length in terms of duration, yet they mark important boundaries that define your e-learning project. Activities that complete the creation of a course, a lesson, or a topic should all culminate in a final milestone, sometimes simply given a designation “Course Created” or “Lesson Created” or “Topic Created.” Other important milestones would include key changes of status of the product, such as “Lesson Ready for Final Team Testing.” A subsequent milestone would be “Lesson Tested and Ready for Final Cycle Review Approval.”
