The E-Learning Project Statement of Work

If you are creating the e-learning product for a customer outside the organization, you need to perform a series of project management tasks—known as the statement of work (SOW)—to turn the preliminary delivery cycle plan into a solid e-learning project plan. Your plan, or SOW, should address the following:

  • e-learning product intent and overall design considerations

  • a breakdown of specific deliverables for each feature and function

  • overall project management considerations.
