Complexities and Pitfalls in International Projects

New dimensions are added to the management of international projects that don’t exist in domestic ones. These are time zone issues, language difficulties, and cultural differences.

TIME DIFFERENCES

The simplest of these is the time zone issue. Even the difference between the United States and western Europe is five or six hours. Your workday is effectively reduced from eight to four hours.
