Partnering for Success

Partnering is a proven, powerful process that PMs can use to secure the commitment of all stakeholders and ensure project success. It is also a tool that formalizes otherwise happenstance teamwork and cross-organization collaboration.

Partnering is not a familiar concept to most PMs because it is not a typical feature of the standard project management approach; however, it is a good business practice that has been used for years and it is growing in popularity.
