It has been my experience in supporting systems and software engineering projects that when the project manager provides guidance and direction, my efforts as a team member are more effective. “Coaching” may be defined as providing a supportive environment by guiding, advising, assisting, instructing, or prompting employees to enable and empower them to perform needed tasks more effectively.
