Project “Best Practices” and Postmortems
This chapter takes all the information previously covered in this book and integrates it into a holistic look at project and portfolio risk management. From a big-picture standpoint, as a project manager, the “right” project management tools and techniques will go a long way toward ensuring that one's project successfully meets its objectives.
