Abstract
This case study describes how a successful precision parts manufacturing company implemented a leadership development program for first-line managers. Based on the results of the company’s annual engagement survey, the program was designed to enhance five basic leadership competencies. Using the principles of design thinking, this case study shows step-by-step how the program was designed and implemented to deliver results, and then evaluated and reported to all stakeholders.
