PSP0 Project Plan Summary
Compile Time	The time from the first compile until the first clean compile
Test Time	The time from the start of initial testing until test completion, including defect fix time, recompilation, and so on.
Defects Removed After Development	The defects found in the product after development is completed, including all defects subsequently found in testing and use
To Date	The cumulative total time, size, or defects for all PSP projects to date. For example, the To Date Test Time is the sum of the testing time for all completed PSP programs to date.
