Having made a case for wellbeing in the previous chapter, we now move on to suggest a framework for getting started with wellbeing in the workplace, with these three fundamental tenets: personal resilience, creating the right environment and aligning your leaders. In this chapter we will reference quite a bit of academic research, which we hope will provide a further source of reading and an evidence base for our claims.
