This chapter introduces the current trends in public policy. The internationalisation of public policy in the context of globalisation. Section 2 of this chapter explains the gender component of public policy, followed by a section on Public policy beyond government. We present the role of non-state actors in this section. Role of innovation in making Social Change is presented in section four. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are presented in section five.
