It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
16. Phase 0: Planning QFD
This chapter deals with the critical process of planning the QFD activity. In this chapter, we’ll break planning down into several key planning activities, and we’ll explore each in detail. The key activities are
• Establish organizational support
• Determine objectives
• Decide on the customer
• Decide on the time horizon
• Decide on the product scope
• Decide on the team
• Create the QFD schedule
• Acquire the facilities and materials
