Today, the concept of “quality of life” is widely used in economics, sociology, medicine, politics and many other social sciences. The problem of assessing the quality of life (QOL) arises as we are trying to find a solution to various socio-economic objectives, such as a comparison of individual territories and social groups in terms of socio-economic development as well as establishing a criterion for the effectiveness of social and economic policies in certain area.
