Enter the transportation data in the shaded area. Then go to the DATA tab on the ribbon, click on Solver in the Data Analysis Group and then click SOLVE. If SOLVER is not on the Data Tab then please see the Help file (Solver) for instructions.
A data table, from row 9 to row 14, has the column headers Detroit, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, and supply. The row headers are Cincinnati, Salt Lake City, Pittsburgh, Seattle, and Demand. This table is filled with costs, supplies, and demands. All the data in this table are shown shaded.
Fill in the table with the costs, supplies, and demands.
The row values for Cincinnati are 73, 103, 88, 108, and 15000.
