In the first table:
The row headers are the variables, values, and return (dollar sign 1, 000s).
The first row has the values 0, 0, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 0.
The second row has the values 50, 80, 90, 120, 110, 40, and 75.
The value of return, 360, is seen under column I in the fifth row.
In the second table:
The row headers are the constraints, Texas, foreign oil, California, and dollar sign million.
The value of Texas row is 1 in column headers X1, X4, and X5.
The value of foreign oil row is 1 in column headers X1 and X2.
The value of gold row is 1 in the column header X3.
