Too often pieces of work that offer new theoretical or conceptual view point fail to adequately address the translational aspect. How do organisations adopt Safety II in practice? Just how different is Safety Differently? This is why Quantum Safety has consistently addressed both the theoretical and experimental school. In order to affect change it is not enough to offer a revision to the concept of Just Culture. Here we offer ideas as to how this would work in practice.
