A client’s QuickBooks company looks a little different in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QB Accountant) than when you view it in QuickBooks Online. This chapter explores the interface you see when you open a client company in QB Accountant. It also covers some facets of QuickBooks Online companies you may want to review for your clients to make sure that things flow smoothly.

Opening a Client’s Company

You can open a client’s company from the Clients page by clicking the QB logo to the left of any client’s name. (See Figure 14-1.) Alternatively, you can open a client’s company by using the Go to QuickBooks list on the QB Accountant toolbar to toggle from one QuickBooks Online company to another. Simply open the list and choose the name of the company you want to open.
