QuickBooks Online Accountant makes it easy for you to monitor your clients’ individual QuickBooks companies. The single sign-on feature alone means QB Accountant saves you a lot of time and hassle. You can take things further by utilizing its practice management features. For instance, QB Accountant can generate an automated to-do list that alerts you when work needs to be completed within a particular QuickBooks company, such as reviewing downloaded transactions or processing payroll. You can supplement this to-do list by creating projects comprised of tasks that you can assign to yourself or to team members. You can also initiate and track client requests, rather than running the risk of correspondence getting buried in your email inbox. Let’s begin with a look at the Work page.
