Black Professionals’ Perceptions of Diversity Management

Most organizations today will state that they value and welcome diversity, and that it is important to them to have an inclusive workforce. In particular, organizations claim that they support more diversity at their top levels and that they want to cultivate environments where people of color are well represented in and have access to leadership roles.
