The Four Development Strategies
To help understand the impact and power of project development strategies, we assume that you have a simple set of system requirements, as shown in Figure 11.2.

In our example, there is a requirement for four processes, A, B, C, and D. There are four stakeholders, A, B, C, and D. The system processes use two sets of data, Data A and Data B.
