A wideband 2 × 13-bit all-digital I/Q RFDAC*

Abstract

Finally, everything is put together to arrive at a complete implementation of the wideband high-resolution all-digital RFDAC. All the details needed to reproduce it are presented. This chapter also introduces a digital predistortion technique to linearize the RFDAC’s transfer function.
