Now that we’re flushed with good candidates, let’s allow ourselves a John Lennon moment and imagine that every employee we hire comes prefabricated to work their best, regardless of any circumstance. That each day they bring extreme effort and passion to your workplace, and their highest mission is to please you, their manager. Like Labrador Retrievers, but even smarter.
