Chapter 7 Consolidated Sequence Models
Consolidating the individual work models is one of two processes in Contextual Design that help you build a single, coherent view of your customer’s work practice. This chapter leads you through the process of transforming your set of individual sequence models into consolidated sequences. Chapter 8 leads you through building the affinity diagram. Together they allow you to see the issues and pattern of work across your user population.
