People think of innovation as coming up with and implementing new ideas: new ideas for products, services, finding new markets, new communication approaches, reinventing business processes, and much more. However, if you need to rapidly retool a division or an entire company, innovation is about creating a culture of trust and risk-taking, which enables new ideas to be born and grow. This includes eliminating ideas and attitudes that block innovative thinking and its implementation.
