After assembling the cross-functional rapid response teams, the transformation leader starts phase 1 of the transformation effort. Over the next thirty days, the leader directs the rapid response teams in identifying the major pain points of the organization.
Up to this point, the transformation leader has conducted his or her own high-level analysis of the current state of the organization.
