Every man has power to carry out that of which he is convinced.
On completion of the 90 days transformation effort, the company stands ready to embark on the most critical phase of the transformation effort. This “transformation implementation” phase, also called the execution phase, typically lasts from six to twelve months. However, it should not be construed as a phase that begins on the 91st day.
