Chapter 16. Using Wikis for Documentation
A wiki is a web site that provides an easy way to collaboratively create and edit interlinked web pages by using a simplified markup language. Wikis are a way to publish online information and to obtain community input. This chapter provides some guidelines for technical communicators who are using or plan to use wikis to present their content.
