Creating Healthy Change

It used to be that the Great American Pastime was baseball. Not necessarily so any more. There’s a new pastime sweeping the nation, and it’s called “change.”

On the upside, people see change as a problem-solver. In order to get out of a bad situation, hundreds of thousands of people will change jobs this year. Moreover, approximately forty million of us will change our addresses. And more will attempt to change their personalities, lifestyles, spouses, and (most of all) the kids.
