Businesses today increasingly turn to human capital—the ability of their employees to problem solve and create novel solutions—to distinguish themselves in the marketplace. But, how can we build training materials rapidly enough to catch up with the pace of organizational change? How can we teach a standardized curriculum when the work isn’t standard?
