Where does a lack of confidence come from? Take a wild guess. It might be a definite ‘childhood’ for anyone who feels they got knocked back by parents and teachers. For others it may be a reserved ‘childhood’ if parents did their best but teachers were critical (or vice versa). For those who are baffled because their childhood was pretty ‘normal’ or they’re confident in some areas and not in others, the answer might be ‘childhood?’ with a question mark.
