It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 4. Introduction to Trident and Optimizing Storm Performance
In this chapter, we will get acquainted with the Trident framework of Storm before we embark on the journey of Storm optimization. We will get acquainted with the various parameters that impact the performance of a Storm job and make recommendations to identify and tune the relevant parameters. We will also look into the tools that are used industry-wide for Storm monitoring and benchmarking.
