Abstract
Power electronics real-time simulation technologies have matured, and many real-time simulators are available off-the-shelf. However, the development of power electronics technology brought challenges and opportunities for real-time simulation. Power electronic converters are evolving toward faster switching frequencies, lower switching losses, high voltage withstand, high operating temperature, and higher reliability.
