A Generic Technical Build
Most database-driven, dynamic Web applications follow a similar process. The activities that go on during this phase of the project warrant distinct zzmilestones in the schedule. If you are not directly managing this workflow process, you should at least be closely monitoring it. The activities for a representative tech build phase are illustrated in Figure 10.1.
