As you begin modifying source images, it’s important to manage your workflow and documents carefully and efficiently. It’s not enough to know the 1-2-3s of how a particular task is accomplished; you need to stay organized and keep your images flexible. Although some editing sessions are slam-dunk situations, we often perform initial edits for an image and then come back later to apply more changes as the composite concept evolves. If you don’t keep this in mind, rather than just adding a few changes to an image, you may find yourself needing to redo an entire layer and its specific look from scratch.
