Introduction

Nikon has long been a leader in camera innovation, in both the film and digital worlds. For decades, they’ve pioneered new capabilities and introduced important breakthroughs in camera technology. Like most camera vendors, though, when digital photography hit, Nikon did not show tremendous prowess in software development.
