Understanding their data and gaining an insight into the behavior of their data (and hence their customers) is something that companies have been chasing for some time now. A myriad of technology solutions are available to help us achieve this understanding and insight, but just as we achieve this, some new challenge emerges to force us into looking at possible alternatives.
